Cancellation or Substitution

Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email, fax (856.439.0525) or postal mail (1120 Route 73, Suite 200, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054).  Cancellations received up to one month prior to the event will be subject to a $100 cancellation charge.  Cancellations received between one month and two weeks prior to the event will be subject to a $175 cancellation charge.  No refund will be made for cancellations received within two weeks of the event. Substitutions are allowed up to two weeks prior to the event.  Substitutions must be requested in writing via fax, mailed letter or email to INMM headquarters at meetings@inmm.org.  No telephone cancellations please.  Payment in U.S. dollars only.
