Cancellation or Substitution

For individual registrations:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing and sent to meetings@inmm.org.

  • Cancellation requests received in writing by 5:00 PM EDT on Thursday, July 2 2020, will be refunded in full.

  • Please allow 45 days for processing the refunds.

  • After July 2 at 5:00 PM EDT, no refund requests will be honored.

  • Substitutions or Transfers of individual registrations will be accepted until 5:00 pm EDT on July 8th, 2020.  

For "Block" registrations:

  • Purchases of block registrations (25 or 50) are non refundable.  

  • Organization may change and substitute names within a block registration by notifying meetings@inmm.org.  

  • Substitutions on a block registration will be accepted until 5:00 pm EDT on July 8th, 2020


Travel and Health Insurance 

It is the responsibility of each participant to have adequate travel and health insurance for the whole duration of the trip to INMM activities. The organizer cannot be held liable for any incidents related to the travel to or within the United States or upcoming meeting locations.
