INMM is seeking applicants for the position of chair for a new, temporary committee on Strategic Financial Growth.
Strategic Financial Growth Committee Chair – Position Description
An Ad Hoc Strategic Financial Growth Committee will be established as a result of discussions at the July 2019 INMM Executive Committee meeting.  These discussions indicated that INMM needs to investigate and identify new sources of revenue that will help ensure a sustainable future for the organization.  The INMM currently relies primarily on revenues obtained from member dues and Annual meeting and workshop registration fees.  The committee is expected to work for two years to develop and formulate realistic, actionable recommendations regarding diversifying INMM revenue streams for implementation by the Executive Committee.
The Chair will provide a written summary report of status and recent activities to the EC three times per year. These reports will be used as a basis for discussion at the tri-annual meetings of the Executive Committee. The Chair is expected to attend the scheduled meetings of the EC in March, July, and November of each year and be available to participate in monthly conference calls with the EC upon request. The Chair will work closely with the INMM Treasurer and Headquarters staff to gain a good understanding of INMM finances. The chair will recruit members of the committee from among the INMM’s existing committees and the general membership.  The committee will have access to historical information from the INMM’s archives and is encouraged to obtain industry data to inform its work.

Interested candidates should submit their resumes, an expression of interest, and their vision for the position to INMM Headquarters at by March 18, 2020.
