A: We open our Annual Meeting with the President's Reception in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, July 12th. If you are interested in attending the Executive Committee Meeting, that will take place on Saturday, July 11th. If you would like to take a larger

Q: How do I access abstracts?
A: If you are an attendee, you will have access to the Mobile App for the meeting. All abstracts accepted and sorted into sessions will be available through the mobile app. As a reminder, for last minute changes and up to date information, attendees should
utilize the mobile app while on site.
Q: How do I access the final papers?
A: If you are an attendee, you will have access to the Mobile App for the meeting. All submitted final papers will be available through the mobile app. After the meeting, INMM Headquarters will be updating the Proceedings for further access. This process
takes a few weeks to be activated. You will receive an email once the Proceedings are completely uploaded.
Q: What if I want a copy of the powerpoint slides presented at the Annual Meeting?
A: INMM does not store or keep presentations from the Annual Meeting. We reccommend reaching out to the author or presenter in question for a copy of their presentation.
Q: What is the cancellation policy of INMM for the Annual Meeting?
A: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing via email, fax or postal mail. Cancellations received by June 8, 2020, will be subject to a $300 cancellation charge. Cancellations received after June 8, 2020, will be subject to a $400
cancellation charge. No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 19, 2020. Substitutions are not allowed after June 19, 2020. Substitutions must be requested in writing via fax, mailed letter or email to INMM headquarters at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Payment in U.S. dollars only. Travel and Health Insurance It is the responsibility of each participant to have adequate travel and health insurance for the whole duration of the trip
to INMM activities. The organizer cannot be held liable for any incidents related to the travel to or within the United States or upcoming meeting locations.
Q: I was scheduled to present at the Annual Meeting, but now need to switch the primary presenter to my co-worker as I cannot attend. How do I do that?
A: You may log into the abstract portal up until May 31st to edit your abstract, including author changes. After that, you should complete and send in the Presentation Change Form to INMM Headquarters. If you have already been assigned a Session Chair,
you should also notify them of the change.
Q: How do I withdrawal my abstract?
A: If you cannot present at the Annual Meeting, and before you submit your Presentation Change Form for withdrawal to Headquarters, please ask if your co-authors will be able to take your
place. If it is for another reason (i.e. internal approval, results not available, etc), you need to submit the Change Form prior to May 31st for the abstract to be withdrawn from the program. If you have already been assigned a Session Chair,
you should also notify them of the withdrawal so they can best reorganize the session. Any changes made after May 31st may not be captured in the Final Program, although we will update the Mobile App for onsite attendees.

Q: What is included in registration?
A: Access to Keynote plenaries, President's Opening Reception, all concurrent sessions and content, refreshment breaks, access to the exhibitors and poster presentations, and networking opportunitites.
Q: What is the registration deadline?
A: Early Bird Registration ends June 8th. Online Registation ends July 3rd. After the closure on July 3rd, only onsite registration will be available. Substitutions will not be accepted after June 19th.
