Hotel Accommodations
Located in the business district of Downtown Nashville, the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is directly connected to the Nashville Convention Center. All concurrent sessions, Exhibits and Poster Sessions will be held at the Nashville Convention Center, which is attached to the Renaissance Hotel. Both facilities are within walking distance of the Gaylord Entertainment Center, the Coliseum, B.B. King’s Blues Club, the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, the First Center for the Visual Arts, Tennessee Performing Arts Center and the Historic Second Avenue District, which boasts some of Music City’s most popular honky tonks and live entertainment.

INMM has negotiated a rate of $150 for single/double occupancy with the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Room rates are subject to 15.25 percent occupancy tax (subject to change).

Attendees must make their hotel reservations by June 13, 2008. Reservation requests made after this date will be confirmed on a space available basis at prevailing hotel rates. The hotel will not issue a charge to your credit card before the meeting; but will charge a penalty for any cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled date of arrival. Should you cancel your room reservation less than 72 hours prior to arrival you will be charged for one night’s room and tax. Discounted room rate are available three days before and after the meeting dates.

Rooms Fill Quickly!
Ask to be placed on the hotel waiting list if the INMM block of rooms is full. Most participants on the waiting list are typically placed in the meeting hotel. If you are unable to attend the INMM 49th Annual Meeting and have already made reservations at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, we ask that you cancel your reservations immediately. Canceling your reservation well in advance of the meeting will allow individuals on the hotel waiting list a chance to secure reservations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Air Travel Discount Information
Airline reservations can be made through Bannockburn Travel Inc., the preferred agency for INMM. Call 800-227-1908 or 847-948-9111 for travel information, ask for the Group Department and mention that you are with INMM. All INMM attendees are eligible to receive a discount on American Airlines. Bannockburn Travel charges a processing fee for all transactions.

Transportation to/from the Airport
Travel time from Nashville International Airport to the Renaissance Nashville Hotel is approximately 20 minutes. Gray Line Airport Express offers a shuttle service between Nashville International Airport and the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The service runs approximately every half hour on a daily basis beginning at 4 a.m. until 11 p.m. The fare is $12 per person one-way or $20 round trip (gratuities not included). Advance reservations are not required. For more information, contact Gray Line of Nashville at 800-251-1864. Taxi service is also available for approximately $24 each way.

Car Rental
Avis Rent A Car Systems, Inc. is the official car rental service for the INMM 49th Annual Meeting. Avis has a terminal conveniently located at the Nashville International Airport and can provide discounted rates for Annual Meeting attendees. Parking
If you plan to drive to the INMM 49th Annual Meeting, self parking is available for $6 (with no in/out privileges). Valet parking is $22 plus tax with in/out privileges.
